Born in 1982, Spiegel serves as the foundation’s legal advisor (on a full volunteer basis).
Jonathan is an attorney at law, who graduated with honors at Tel Aviv University, Israel while minoring in philosophy.
Today he is a philosophy Master’s student at Tel Aviv University. Jonathan works as a legal advisor and project manager at the “Let the Animals Live” charity, one of the largest and oldest animal advocate organizations in Israel. As part of his job Jonathan takes part in judicial, legal, public and media related struggles to protect animals.
“There is no doubt that the scientific front is one of the most important fronts for animals, yet today still receives less attention from animal advocates. Finding and creating alternatives not derived from animals for food products is a source of great hope that the day will come when science supplies the solution that will bring to a halt to the hurting of hundreds of billions of animals annually."
